A modern car's body/chassis unit is an engineering marvel. Creating it, is a daunting task-
one that would be impossible without computer-aided design techniques. The structure has
to be as light as possible for good fuel economy, but as strong as possible for
durability and safety. The structural integrity of Getz Prime is achieved by combining stamped and welded sheet
steels of varying thicknesses with high strength steel beams and bars for extra side impact protection.
